Services

The AI Tools Assessment includes a discovery call, written report with tool recommendations, and a review call as described on the site. Recommendations are educational and advisory; we do not guarantee specific business results beyond the stated refund guarantee.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate information, attend scheduled calls, and make decisions about implementing any tools. Tool subscriptions are between you and third-party vendors.

Intellectual property

The report is licensed to you for internal business use. You may not resell our templates or rebrand them as your own consulting product without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
